EH Sausages Culinary Competition at World Spice Food Festival

• Elephant House Sausages were one of the sponsors of the World Spice Food Festival 2012 held at the Waters Edge and organized by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.

• A competition was conducted for culinary professionals from across the City’s top hotels and restaurants. These culinary chefs were challenged to cook up the most creative quick meal using Elephant House sausages.

• Chef W.G.V.N.K Chandrarathne of Hilton Colombo was adjudged the champion, while Chef M. Marya Nesakumar of MA’s Tropical Foods Processing and Chef L. H. Asanka Sanjeewa of Hotel Galadari emerged first and second runners up respectively.
